We built Buy in Argentina to fix that: you get one case manager who speaks your language and stays with you from the first call to the keys, and behind her a licensed broker, an accountant and a notary who do this every day.

Yanina is a real estate professional and broker registered with the Colegio Profesional de Corredores Públicos Inmobiliarios de Córdoba. She sources and verifies every property, negotiates on your behalf and signs the reservation and the preliminary contract as the responsible professional under Córdoba's brokerage law.

Pablo obtains your Argentine tax ID (CUIT) without you having to travel, advises on the tax side of the purchase, and files your annual returns as a non-resident owner afterwards.

Fernando started Buy in Argentina after watching foreign friends struggle to buy here. He runs the platform and the operation, and makes sure the process stays simple, transparent and fast.

How we work

One contact. You talk to Gabriela. She talks to everyone else.
Licensed and accountable. Every transaction is intermediated and signed by a registered broker, checked by a notary, and its taxes handled by an accountant. Buy in Argentina itself is not a brokerage and does not charge you a commission.
Remote first. Video calls, digital documents, a power of attorney for the tax ID and, if you want, for the deed. You travel when you choose to, not because you have to.
Nothing hidden. A written estimate of all costs before you reserve, and a folder with every document at the end.
